Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Dugz wants you to be completely happy with your order, and we understand that sometimes, you may wish to return or exchange the product you ordered.

If you need to return a product for whatever reason, or if it is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to us within 7 days of the delivery of the order.

Dugz will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs. You ask that you send the item back to us unused, in the original packaging with labels still attached and in a resalable condition. Dugz reserve the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.

If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs). We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post. Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Faulty or wrongly delivered orders will be refunded in full including return postage. Alternatively, a replacement order can be specified This does not affect your statutory rights.
